The Human Imagines. ChatGPT Plans. Codex Builds.

I discovered Codex while building my first website.

At first, I brought it in halfway through.

I'd talk things through with ChatGPT,

and whenever I needed code, I'd hand it over to Codex.

This time, I divided the roles more clearly.

First, I imagined everything in detail.

A baby's dream, the characters, the atmosphere...

"A baby falling asleep in the clouds with a character, listening to a lullaby."

I took that idea to ChatGPT and started planning.

We planned the actual characters,

the lullabies, the noise to help babies sleep, and how to mix them.

Make the stars twinkle.

Have shooting stars fall.

Gradually darken the scene.

At the same time, gradually lower the sound.

I kept checking with ChatGPT to see if each part of the plan was possible.

If something wouldn't work, we planned a way that would.

And once the plan was finished, I brought in Codex.

I'd built a website once before.

I knew that by this stage, I could probably finish it in about a week.

With the first site, I'd stumbled around.

This time was different.

The human imagines.

ChatGPT plans.

Codex builds.

Now we had teamwork.
