What Do You Think of Me?

Suddenly,

I wondered how AI sees me.

“What do you think of me?”

It said I'm someone who starts even when I don't know much,

keeps asking AI questions,

and checks the results with my own eyes all the way to the end.

Something feels strange.

“Are you answering based on the conversations we've had while making this book?”

It says yes.

I told it to answer again,

excluding our conversations about the book.

Someone who acts surprisingly fast.

You don't easily hand over decision-making.

You're bold about big things and extremely sensitive about small things.

Confidence and doubt alternate very quickly.

It added:

“There's also something distinctive about the way you use me.

You don't use me only to get answers.

You throw out ideas,

have me challenge them,

have me check them,

ask me to find other ways,

then show me the actual results

and keep going back and forth.”

It also mentioned a weakness.

“Because you move quickly,

there's a risk that new ideas will push aside the work you've already started.

You create a lot of new things,

but at some point,

finishing what you've already started

and putting it out into the world

can become more important than finding a ‘better idea.’”

Then it said:

“If I had to sum up the impression I've gotten from actually working with you in one sentence, it would be this:

‘A person whose thoughts keep shifting,

but whose actions somehow keep moving forward.’”

I'm confused.

I can't tell whether it knows me well

or doesn't know me at all.
