Sometimes, You Need to Look Up at the Sky.

Working with AI, sometimes I get too deep into things.

AI never gets tired.

Ask a question, and it keeps answering.

Ask it to try one more thing, and it does.

You can keep going deeper and deeper forever.

I was designing the cards for the website.

Something didn't feel right.

"What if we round the corners a little?"

Changed.

"A little less round."

Changed again.

"What if we tilt it a bit? Maybe 15 degrees."

Changed.

"Give it a little more depth."

Changed again.

"Let's try a different background color."

It never ended.

Then I suddenly asked AI,

"I'm going back and forth too much, aren't I?"

AI answered.

"Design requires comparing different options before making a decision."

AI never complains.

I went out for a walk.

As I walked, I looked up at the sky for a moment.

Hang on.

Why did it matter so much whether the corners of a card were a little more rounded or a little less?

People weren't coming to this website to look at the corners of the cards.

What was I trying to build again?

I told AI,

"Let's go back to the first one."

Sometimes, you need to look away from the computer and look up at the sky.
