How Many Days Did It Take Me to Build My First Website?

After the website went live, I took another look at it.

Almost everything I'd wanted was there.

I'd just been moving fast as I worked on it.

It wasn't because I was under any deadline.

Then I suddenly wondered.

How many days did it take me to build this?

I couldn't really remember.

So I asked.

"I can't remember when I first said I wanted to build the Black Screen Noise website."

AI answered.

"I checked, and there's a record of it."

According to AI, the idea of building the Black Screen Noise website first became clear on July 30, 2026.

That was the day I said,

"I just had the idea to build a black-screen website."

And then,

"Let's build a Black Screen Noise site."

That was when I really started working on the website.

AI told me one more thing.

"For reference, planning materials for the Black Screen project go back to early July, and the actual website went live on August 11."

So if I counted from the idea stage, it took about 40 days to launch the website.

If I counted from the day I actually decided to build it, it took about 12 days.

Of course, I hadn't started completely from scratch.

I'd already gained some experience making noise and working with related material while creating YouTube videos.

Still, when I thought about it, it was kind of amazing.

Someone who had never built a website before suddenly said,

"Let's build a website."

And 12 days later,

there was a real website, live on the internet.

I couldn't even remember exactly when I'd started.

I was asking AI for that date, too.
